Recipes :-

1. Ginger tea With licorice and cloves

Ingredients:-
Ginger small piece
Small stick of licorice
3-4 cloves
250ml Water

How to make ginger tea for weight loss :-
Heat water in a pan add all the above ingredients, bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 8-10 minuets. Switch off the flames and cover for few more minutes to let it infuse. After about 5 minuets strain and consume warm sip by sip.

Best time to drink :- 35-45 minuets post meal, once or twice a day
Best for bloating, Inflammatory, heaviness in stomach, gas problem.

2. Lemon grass tea with basil and star anise

Ingredients:-
Some dry lemon grass ( you can use fresh if available )
1-2 star anise
7-8 basil leaves
250ml Water

Heat water in a pan add all the above ingredients, bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 8-10 minuets. Switch off the flames and cover for few more minutes to let it infuse. After about 5 minuets strain and consume warm sip by sip.

Best time to drink :- in between meals, once or twice a day
Best for stomach disorder, boost Immunity, burn fat, periods pain

3. Cinnamon tea with nutmeg and honey :-

Ingredients:-
Small cinnamon stick
1 tsp honey
Some nutmeg
250ml Water :-

Heat water in a pan add all the above ingredients except honey, bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 8-10 minuets. Switch off the flames and cover for few more minutes to let it infuse. After about 5 minuets strain, add honey and consume warm sip by sip.

Best for cold, flu, cough, boost metabolism, burns fat, detoxify body

4. Turmeric tea with curry leaves and black pepper

Ingredients:-
Small piece of fresh turmeric
One sprigs of curry Leaves
3-4 black pepper
250ml Water
