    Disagree. The elptical works wonders for my body. It’s a full body workout and easy on the knees and hips. Great cardio workout. The burpees ect.. to much going on. To each his/her own. Thanks!

    Those moves at 4:11? I’m sure she has studied to know her stuff but it’s demoralizing to see someone who has never been large preach to those of us who are. Bring along a model who has lost some size and is still on her journey to help demonstrate the moves and show that a less fit person can still do them. And how are those ‘mountain climbers’ gentle on the knees? This woman has never had gravel in the knees. I appreciate the approach of the show “Fit to Fat to Fit”. It’s truly different.
